Refund & Return Policy

At JaysOutlets, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and steps for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional giveaways are not eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@jaysoutlets.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and return shipping details.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jaysoutlets.com with a photo and description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our mistake, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
