At JaysOutlets, we’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly, safely, and affordably. This page outlines everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your region and customs clearance procedures.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out!

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment in real-time. You can also track your orders by logging into your account.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or courier service interruptions may occur. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours at support@jaysoutlets.com. We’ll work with the courier to locate your package or provide a resolution.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
